  • Commitment fees are required, partial prepayments. They are not deposits; your payment cannot be refunded or transferred to another service. Your commitment fee is equal to 50% of the service portion of your investment. It applies to the total balance due on the day of your hair extension application service(s).

    A 24-hour grace period, during which requests for return of funds are permitted, begins immediately after your commitment fee is paid. In the event your commitment fee is refunded during this grace period, all hair extension services will be canceled, and future hair extension services will be scheduled at the discretion of salon leadership.

    Your commitment fee is forfeited if you cancel or reschedule your service for any reason. In the event of a hair extension artist’s unplanned absence (e.g. illness, emergency), your commitment fee and any prepayments tied to that service will apply to the rescheduled service.
