LEVEL I: TINT, TONAL, + TOUCH-UP

We view service appointments as routine, tint-only appointments best for returning guests. All LEVEL I services are based on timing for fine to medium length + density and include an approximeately 30-minute powerstyle finish.

For those with thicker hair, additional time or product will result in a change of service or upgrade to your bill. Inquiries about exact cost + length of your booking can be provided by the salon prior to scheduling.

  • Our standard choice for guests wanting to comprehensively refresh their tinted look.

    Tint is applied all over the hair for refreshment or making medium-size changes to brunettes, reds/coppers, and natural black shades.

  • An extended service option for tint changes. Blonde to copper, for example, or bringing a lighter brunette to a significantly darker shade.

    Color guests with major length and density may schedule this service for their routine maintenance.

LEVEL II: DIMENSIONAL + BLONDING

Our second level of color work includes the looks most requested by guests and most popular with artists. LEVEL II “sessions” accommodate for the individuality + intricacy of each color appointment from the consultation to the final glaze. All guests leave their session

    • Exterior highlighting (lightness added to the hairline, part and crown sections, pops of blonde throughout the midlengths + ends)

    • Platinum blonde clients looking to shift to a natural look without losing brightness

    • The first step lighter, introducing blonde to your hair in a gradual but noticeable way

    • Add or retouch an accent highlight (“money-piece”) as well as your shadowed/bronde root shading

  • This is our most popular color session for new and returning guests.

    This is scheduled as a 3 hour appointment. Average salon experience for guests booking a DIMENSIONAL 3.0 is 3 to 4 hours.

DIMENSIONAL 3.0

  • Common goals for guests booking this session:

    • Extensive blonding in both the interior + exterior of your hair

    • A routine highlighting session for those with heavy-density hair

    • Heavy-density highlighting for a big step brighter and blonder

    • Brunettes wanting to add highlighting throughout for significantly lighter dimension

  • TIME

    This session dedicates nearly four hours of time with your colorist, accommodating for an application of ~120 minutes.

  • Due to the length of this session, transformational-type change is sometimes achievable.

    If you’re looking to take a dramatic step on your journey of going blonde or blonder, consider this as your first session.

    This is our second most preferred session for new guests wanting handpainted, dimensional, highlighted, and lived-in looks.

DIMENSIONAL 3.5

  • For some guests, this is a transformational change lighter.

    To ensure the financial and calendar investment of this session is appropriate and understood, please contact the salon directly before scheduling. See “Investment” for more information on cost and typical length of session.

  • TIME

    Average salon experience:

    ~4-5+ HRS

    Over half of all guests booking this session who are new to the salon have completed an in-person or virtual consultation. Due to the length of this session, it is designed for something major: whether that be the amount of change you’re looking for, or the amount of hair you have, this is a typical maintenance session for few guests.

    COST

    A non-refundable payment equal to 50% of the session cost is required with online or text/phone call booking. This payment can be made online through our booking system, in person at the salon, or over the phone with a credit or debit card.

    A service or session agreement is utilized at the time of booking and pre-payment to ensure guest satisfaction. We maintain a signed copy of the agreement and make a copy of it available to you via email.

DIMENSIONAL 4.0

LEVEL III: SPECIALITY SESSIONS

ON-THE-SCALP BLEACH work requires additional care: often serving as a building-block application to prepare the hair canvas for additional creative or corrective color processes.

Transformational work is a large color category for essentially any change or result not achieveable at LEVEL I or II.

The sessions in this level typically require a consultation and in most cases a non-refundable payment equal to 50% of the estimated appointment cost at the time of booking.

  • A consultation and deposit are typically required before a guest’s first on-the-scalp bleach appointment.

    We understand the time-sensitive nature of appointment scheduling for bimonthly/routine bleach + tone maintenance.

    Please contact the salon if you need assistance in scheduling to ensure your colorist is equipped with enough time to perfect your platinum.

  • An in-person consultation is required to determine guest eligibility (basically, is it possible to achieve what you’re looking for, or not?) and an accurate cost quote.

    In some cases, a virtual consultation can suffice in place of a physical visit. All transformations are booked at a 1/2 DAY or DAY session rate. An (e-) signed service agreement and deposit are required upon booking.
