The first official program of its kind: done in two parts over 9-12 months, our program provides a truly comprehensive foundation for incoming talent by merging artistic and administrative training.
Course 1: Administrative
October 2024 | 6-10+ weeks | 10-20 Hrs.
Learn the culture and systems of our salon and how to provide an elevated guest experience through anticipatory service. Develop clerical and critical thinking skills. Navigate with full understanding all salon operations, software, and structure.
Course 02: Artistry
9-12 Months | 30+ Hrs.
Artistic advancement through rigorous training in foundational practical and technical skills. Classroom, models, and hands-on assisting of senior artists. Earn behind-the- chair opportunities and performance-based pay through progress.

Requirements, Recommendations
18+ years old.
Cosmetology license required or minimum 50% completion of school licensure hours.
Self-starter. Self-motivated. Thrives in fast-paced environments. Manages change. Is able to receive constructive feedback. Communicates professionally in all formats – text, talking, email, social media, etc. Finds working on a team and personal development natural and enjoyable. Sees the importance of fashion to the salon workplace. Passionate about BLONDELUXE.
