cancellations + appointment changes

Though we be a small salon, we are fiercely busy. We set aside appointment times specifically for you when we thoroughly consult over email. While we understand life happens and things come up, we ask that new clients give us a 48 hour notice if they are unable to make their appointment time. You can let us know either by calling the salon, or if we are closed, sending us an email. If a new client is unable to give a 48 hour notice, we will charge your card on file with a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. If a new client is unable to let us know at all that they cannot make it to their scheduled time (in other words, “no call/no show”) we will charge the entire cost of the appointment and ask that you pay in full before rescheduling us again. Return clients can be allowed to give a 24 hour notice to reschedule/cancel 1 time per calendar year. We like to be as flexible as possible, but continuous rescheduling and last minute cancelling of appointments can lead to the artist’s chair sitting empty. Our stylists and colorists are compensated for their talent as well as time; if they are unable to work on a client, that means a decrease in their pay. We thank you in advance for your responsibility and for trusting us with your hair.

running late

If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your service, we may not be able to give you the service that you are expecting and paying for. For this reason, we may ask you to reschedule. This is the same as missing a cancellation within 24 hours. Please give us a heads up if you will not be on time for your appointment.


Children are adored, but not permitted in the salon during their parent/caretaker’s appointment times. Although we love your kids and want to meet them, so many people come to our salon as a time away from the stresses of everyday life & family. We want you to do the same! In order to maintain a high end salon environment, we ask that you arrange child care for your little ones. If your child is getting a haircut or color service, they are most certainly welcome in the salon.


We do not offer payment or layaway plans towards any service. We do not accept checks.


If you are unhappy with the service you have received at our salon, we would love to correct or make right anything that can be adjusted. Please contact us within 48 hours of your service, by either email or phone. We pride ourselves in our in-depth consultations, and make every effort to explain to the best of our ability the plan for your hair. If we deem the adjustment(s) necessary to the original plan for your hair, we will adjust your color, cut or extension service at no cost to you. If the changes made do not align with our consultation and plan, further compensation will be required for further service.
